Happy New Year all! This week, I want to hear from you guys! What New Years' Resolutions is everyone making? How will 2015 be your best year yet? Whether you are going to the gym more often, eating better, reading more, sleeping more, stressing less, or something else, we want to hear about it! Telling others your resolution is a great way to hold yourself accountable for your new goal! I try to avoid setting new health goals for my New Years resolution, just because health is a lifetime goal! Not just something we think about at the turn of a new year. This year, my resolution is to read 50 books in 2015. I'm already finished with 2 the first week in! 

It Starts With Food by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig is a great health book that can seriously change your life if you read it! I highly recommend picking it up at your local book store so you can make notes and highlight the important parts! Finding out how your diet is affecting your overall health is so important before you jump into any big lifestyle change!  Have questions about diet and health?
