We are starting the super bowl fun a little early in our office this year! We would love to have you help us “KICK OFF” the New Year! Starting January 12th we have a Super Bowl Square game board going. We will give away some fun prizes based on the half time score and final score of the big game on February 1st.  Half time prize winner gets a gift card to a local restaurant. Final game score winner gets a Magic Bullet Blender to make healthy smoothies, drinks, and juices with!

Earn squares by:
Making each scheduled appointment from Jan 12th-Feb 1st= 1 square (per apt)
Buy any supplements/Biofreeze = 1 square
Share your “Testimonial” either on Facebook, Google, Yahoo, or Yelp before Feb 1st= 5 squares
Refer a friend or family member in as a new practice member= 7 squares
