On my way to the gym this morning I listened to this awesome podcast by Melissa Urban and Dr. Will Cole about the keto diet and ways to incorporate it into your life in a healthy way. Check it out if you are interested in eating cleaner, transitioning to the keto diet, or even if you've been doing it on your own!
